When the nerves of the lower back get pinched they often cause pain, numbness or tingling in the back of the thigh. This might shoot all the way down to the lower leg or feet.

Painful pinched nerves are compressed over time, and result in a reduction of blood flow to the discs. This can be a destructive process that may progressively worsen over time. Decompressing the spine promotes healing and reduces pain and pressure on the nerves.
